Holiday Home Complex near Athens
On the 50 x 20 m plot, with its narrow side facing the street, ten two-room apartments were to be accommodated in five staggered, two-storey building units within a total volume of 1300 cubic metres. Each apartment had to be directly accessible from the outside. The approximately 20% slope of the terrain was utilized to minimize excavation and provide the ground-floor apartments with direct access to their adjoining gardens. Each apartment on the upper floors also includes a roof terrace.
