Foundations in rammed or reinforced concrete. Basement interior and exterior walls in cast-in-place concrete. All ceilings in fire-resistant reinforced concrete, as exposed concrete in smooth formwork, which was not plastered but partially only skim-coated; dispersion filler paint was sprayed on top. Exterior walls of heavy concrete as exposed concrete; like the ceilings, with external insulation for thermal protection. All facade surfaces are clad with story-high Eternit panels on an Eternit substructure. Load-bearing interior walls of heavy concrete as exposed concrete; the non-load-bearing partition walls are unplastered gypsum walls or story-high precast elements.
