The living area totals 141 square metres. Construction: A canopy-like frame, centred on a freestanding, polished cedar pillar that extends to the roof ridge. White is the dominant feature of both the exterior and interior surfaces. The tiled roof emphasizes this intention, particularly in the building's exterior appearance, while inside, the focus is on the light beechwood floors. The exterior walls are plastered, with the undersides of the eaves partially painted black. The interior plasterboard walls are also painted white.
