Building: Square footprint, 50.10 m sides. Building height 26.65 m, ground floor and five upper floors. Fixed point on the exterior wall. Building structure: Steel frame with seven rows of columns spaced 7.85 m apart. Ceilings and cores in reinforced concrete. Curtain wall: Total exterior surface area 42,220 m², aluminium posts and beams, parapets made of 10 mm anodized aluminium panels. Steel anchors, hot-dip galvanized. Windows with double-pane glazing.
