Building structure: The building is 69.72 m long, 17.10 m wide, and 13.55 m high above ground level. Above the ground floor are two upper floors (fixed points at the gable ends). The longitudinal axis is 4.90 m, the transverse axis 7.60 m. Building construction: Reinforced concrete frame with three rows of columns. The floor structure consists of longitudinal and transverse reinforced concrete beams. For lateral bracing, the columns and beams are connected to form frames.
