Building construction: Steel frame with reinforced concrete core. Main beams and ceiling joists on steel tube pendulum columns, floor slabs in reinforced concrete, external column spacing 6.66 m. Total height 27.06 m. Curtain wall: Total exterior wall area (1st construction phase) 1660 m². Material: Aluminium posts and transoms, 8 mm thick aluminium panels for weather protection, planed edges. Hot-dip galvanized anchors. Small iron parts made of stainless steel. Fixed thermopane glazing. Neoprene glazing rebate seal. Metal-to-metal seals with butyl tapes.
