Parking Garage with Office Wing in Munich
Situation: The plot's shape, unfavorable for a parking garage, and the difference in elevation along its length necessitated a sculptural differentiation of the building design, including the insertion of a triangular office wing above the gas station. Construction program: The parking garage comprises a ground floor, five upper floors with a drive-through attic, and a basement. Two-storey shops are arranged along the west facade of the parking garage. A car wash bay with three service bays is planned for the ground floor.
