Community Centre near Hiroshima
The community, founded approximately 22 years ago, has around 300,000 followers and 30 branches in various countries. Its new centre was built near the small town of Tabuse. The complex is situated in a depression and surrounded by wooded hills. It is divided into four main complexes: 1. The temple area, encompassing approximately 7,700 square metres, forms the core of the complex. 2. The residential area of the community's founder (who is also its spiritual leader) consists of a modern section and a residence built in the traditional Japanese style; a covered walkway connects it to the temple area.
