Construction: Semi-prefabricated construction (Allbeton system), i.e., poured concrete construction in special formwork (steel frame formwork, planking, and a flat concrete surface) with separate formwork for walls and ceilings (formwork carriages). Exterior: Floor-to-ceiling precast facade panels made of exposed aggregate concrete clad the exterior walls with glass or mineral wool insulation panels in between; joint sealing with Thiokol. Interior: Due to the smooth formwork, only wall and ceiling plaster is applied using a special spraying technique.
