Construction: The front faces and the long sides of the building sections facing the courtyard are constructed of light-coloured, fully mortared sand-lime brickwork, while the long sides of the basement floors are made of exposed concrete. The long sides of the ground floor (partially concealing utility lines behind them) are clad with small-format, dark asbestos cement slate tiles. The eaves cornices feature longitudinal formwork made of impregnated wood. The terrace parapets, the external staircase and ramp, as well as the retaining walls, are constructed of exposed concrete.
