Multi-Storey Garage in Bochum
The construction system with prefabricated columns, support beams, and triangular cassette panels was determined to be the most economical after comparative studies. With a 7.50 m grid, it adapts well to the space requirements and also allows for the irregular property boundaries. The columns (300 mm diameter, 2.5 t weight) extend undivided over three stories and are manufactured using steel formwork. The panel panels are 10 cm thick with a 40 cm high rib running around the edge.
