The building's undulating form, with three tall, vaulted naves and two lower, suspended intermediate naves, is determined by its construction. Twelve truss chains, each consisting of three nearly parabolic reinforced concrete arches with two different frame girders, form the main supporting structure of the hall, which bears the thin reinforced concrete shell roof. The north sides of the naves are distinguished by projecting skylights.
