The building complex comprises a four-storey office and laboratory building, a testing hall with an adjoining workshop, and a melting hall. The multi-storey building is constructed using conventional methods with an external cladding of COR-TEN steel elements, as are the external steel components and cladding of the steel-framed hall structures.
