In accordance with this program, the buildings, with roofs of the same pitch but different orientations and heights, are staggered along the gently sloping terrain. A village-like group of buildings was to be created among a few remaining fruit trees. In the kindergarten, while maintaining the functionally necessary spatial separations, an attempt was made to allow children to experience spatial relationships. The materials: red exposed brick inside and out, black fibre cement sheets for the roof and gable ends, exposed timber frame and cladding treated only with wood preservative, white windows, and terrazzo and linoleum flooring.
