Factory Construction in Dreux
The roof shells, columns, and beams were constructed of reinforced concrete (see the cross-sectional drawings). The exterior walls of the workshop, which is covered by the concrete shells, are built of solid brick masonry (bricks measuring 6 x 11 x 22 mm); 8 mm joints with cement mortar. The other section of this building complex is constructed of a steel frame; it has brick exterior walls on the ground floor and lightweight infill panels with aluminium frames and enameled aluminium sheets on the upper floor.
