Housing Group in Karlsruhe
The innovative concept for this group of houses, jointly agreed upon by the developer and the architect, was to achieve the living qualities of a detached family home on a small plot of land using terraced house types. The design of four different house types thus created optimal, individual living options. The differentiation of the houses in arrangement and design is balanced by their unification into a cohesive group through the use of identical materials.
