Central Administrative Buildings in Rome
The two identical buildings, designed and constructed in the same style, flank the entrance to the EUR Centre, located approximately 10 km from the old city centre on the road to the airport, in a twin-like arrangement. Situated on the city-facing crest of the hill, the complex as a whole forms a broad, barrier-like frontage at this prominent urban location, enclosing the EUR district, which consists primarily of administrative buildings. Its structure and design deliberately distinguish it from the surrounding buildings.
