Staggered Rental Housing Construction in Reutlingen
Construction: All walls above the ground floor were constructed of brickwork, while the basement walls and ceilings are made of exposed concrete. 24 cm thick brickwork was used throughout, with an additional 2.5 cm layer of plastered polystyrene insulation in the apartments. The brickwork in the stairwells remained unplastered.
