The surroundings of the development, built on an approximately square plot, are strongly influenced by the adjacent 19th-century buildings, which were incorporated into the redevelopment. The houses, arranged in symmetrically staggered rows around a garden courtyard, are fundamentally aligned with the traditional features of the surrounding area. The smooth facades with tall windows, typical of Baltimore, as well as the entrance steps, were adopted. Regarding the construction (see drawings on the reverse): Wine-red brickwork with dark grey mortar. Doors and window frames painted black or made of dark anodized aluminium.
