Group of Detached Houses in the Park Area
The houses, arranged in two staggered groups, were built next to a park. Access is via two cul-de-sacs. Each house has a floor area between 145 and 175 square metres. A living room in the basement provides direct access to the garden. The L-shaped main floor encloses a large, partially covered terrace on the garden side, featuring a high, privacy-enclosing parapet, which (like the chimney stack) is covered with roof tiles. An open carport is located on the street side. All walls are constructed of exposed brick.
