The building complex, to be constructed on irregular, sloping terrain, was to conform to the following usage program: 14 studio apartments with double-height living spaces, 28 family apartments with three bedrooms each, 30 apartments with four bedrooms each, and two penthouses with five rooms each and roof terraces. The density on the 1.6-hectare site was set at 240 habitable rooms (with the studio apartments counted as two-room apartments). The apartments were designed so that each elevator entrance would provide access to two family apartments and one studio apartment.
