Construction: The walls, constructed entirely of brick masonry, rest on the concrete basement level. Exterior wall structure (from outside to inside): exposed brickwork with inserted ventilation bricks, air gap, hollow brick wall. Hollow-core ceiling construction (hollow brick elements, reinforced and filled with concrete). The loggia and balcony slabs are prefabricated concrete elements.
