This group of residential and office buildings is located in a residential area consisting primarily of large, detached villas built between 1900 and 1930. The Grunewald forest begins just a few hundred metres away. The site has a slope of approximately 2 metres. Despite its length of almost 80 metres, the building integrates seamlessly into this terrain through significant variations in floor plan and height. The residential section comprises four two-room and eight one-room apartments. The office section, intended as the architect's private office, is designed so that the upper floor can be converted into apartments with minor structural modifications if needed.
