Residential Building with Three Apartments in Heidelberg
The ground floor contains a four-room apartment with a garage, while the upper floor houses a three-room apartment and a one-room apartment. The building site lies 1.3 metres below street level; this difference in elevation was used to provide access to the two residential floors via an external steel staircase with precast concrete steps, instead of raising the ground level.
