Gymnasiums and Workshops Made of Concrete Shells
Structural design of the workshop: Reinforced concrete columns, arranged in a 5.25 x 5.25 m module, support reinforced concrete beams, which ensure the orthogonal stability of the roof, formed from sawtooth units, in both directions. The relatively thin, hyperbolic concrete sawtooth shells measure 10.50 x 10.50 m; their glazed surfaces are evenly oriented towards the north.
