Erlimatt Secondary School in Pratteln
The school complex is nestled above the village centre of Pratteln on the eastern slope of a small, wooded side valley, offering views of the Rhine plain. Despite the necessary high density of the buildings, the design aimed to harmonize with the landscape through differentiated, closely interwoven cubes. The dominant feature is the five-storey classroom building with its associated specialized rooms and the home economics school on the projecting ground floor.
