Municipal Sports Hall in Böblingen
The spectator stands are located along one long side of the hall. On the opposite long side, an enclosed passageway leads outside the building to the restrooms and changing rooms. A two-storey shooting range is situated on the west side of the hall. The long sides of the building are designed as window surfaces to ensure good natural light. Exposed concrete friezes provide visual interest. The gable ends are clad externally with large, flat-pyramidated precast concrete panels and internally with perforated bricks.
