Auditorium of the Engineering School in Ulm
Steel frame units with fixed insulated glazing are inserted into the load-bearing reinforced concrete structure along the side walls. The auditorium itself is air-conditioned. An externally mounted, rigid lightweight metal grid blocks sunlight; the two lower frame units remain completely unobstructed.
