Yacht Club Construction in Concrete Construction
This complex was initially built for the Olympic Games on a small island in a bay off the coast. The clubhouse houses all the technical facilities required for yacht racing on the ground floor; the upper floor contains the club rooms, including a dining room and a conference room. These rooms open onto a roof terrace with a 25-metre swimming pool and a circular diving pool. A jetty provides access to an observation tower.
