Flat and business premises in Lugano
A lightweight metal exterior wall system was added to the load-bearing reinforced concrete structure. The exterior wall units are 395 cm wide and 300 cm high. The height is determined by the ceiling spacing, and the width by the dividing INP steel profiles of the substructure. Each exterior wall unit is divided into three sections: a semi-fixed tilt-and-turn window (for cleaning the panes), a casement window, and a standard opening window. Glazing consists of double-glazed units.
