1 and 2 tiered seating areas in the children's zoo in Rapperswil/Zurich. Standing steps made of concrete slabs. The step surfaces are finished with fieldstones embedded in the concrete. Expansion joints are located between them. Sewer pipe sections are incorporated as boundaries and for visual interest; in Figure 1, they also serve as seating.
