The load-bearing structure consists of six portal girders, spaced 4 m apart and arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction of this wing, with a span of 13.90 m. The columns on the south side are made of Die-30 profiles. An expansion joint is located at the transition from the hall wing to the lower building. Here, Dir-22 brackets, on which roller bearings are mounted, have been welded to four columns; a beam rests on these, into which the purlins of the main wing are inserted and welded (see drawing H). Anchors are welded to the upper flanges of the Die 45 and Die 30 beams of the lower building, ensuring that the steel profiles form a structural unit with the concrete slabs.
