Ketteler-Kolleg Boarding School for Second-chance Education
The school building shown here contains ten classrooms and common rooms; the boarding school for 120 students is located in a separate nine-storey building. The three-storey school building has no basement. The upper floor, containing the classrooms, cantilevers out on all sides, creating covered outdoor spaces. The basement houses ancillary classrooms and technical rooms. The ground floor, open on all sides, serves as a common area and cafeteria; two staircases lead from the centre of the hall to the upper floor. The hall receives natural light through a skylight.
