Holiday Village in Concrete and Masonry Construction
The complex comprises 200 houses on approximately 100 hectares of land, which slopes steeply down towards the shore and is covered with pine and cork oak trees; interspersed are several vineyards. To the north, the slope merges into the plain. To prevent the 200 houses from being scattered across the entire site and to achieve a structured layout, five building groups of 35 to 50 houses each were created, situated partly in small valleys and partly in forest clearings.
