On the valley sides (not visible in the image) are double-glazed units and parapets made of enameled asbestos cement panels. Firewalls made of insulated composite panels. Roof of timber construction, covered with a multi-layered, light-pigmented plastic coating; water drainage to the inside. Floors: Durisol panels were laid on reinforced concrete beams, and tiles were laid on top.
