The site suggested a U-shaped floor plan with a courtyard enclosed on three sides. The home has a total of 41 beds (29 beds for elderly residents, 10 nursing care beds, and 2 nurses' beds). The basement houses six garages as well as technical and ancillary rooms, the ground floor contains the nursing care unit, and the upper floor is the residential unit for elderly residents. Most rooms have a wide loggia. The exterior walls are single-layer brickwork, while the interior walls (for acoustic reasons) are constructed of 24 cm thick brick.
