Sliding and Partition Walls in Timber Construction
2. Floor-to-ceiling sliding wall between a living room and a workspace. The fixed and movable wall units connect to the ceiling frame, which also houses the guide rail. Architect: Dipl.-Ing. Ernst Althoff, Krefeld/Düsseldorf. 3. Partition wall in a residential building. The wall is half solid, half designed as a wooden sliding panel. Architects: Prof. H. M. Witzemann and Prof. W. Stadelmaier.
