Residential Building with Loggia Front in Timber Construction
Load-bearing end walls in brickwork, floor slabs in reinforced concrete. Timber roof truss designed as a cold roof; sloping ceilings in the upper rooms. On the garden side, the exterior wall is set back so far that a continuous loggia is created on the upper floor and a corresponding covered forecourt on the ground floor.
