Column spacing is 2.70 m. The glued laminated timber trusses are visibly exposed in the rooms. A spruce plank ceiling cladding sits beneath the level flat roof. The exterior wall bays between the columns are closed with insulated wall panels clad on both sides or with insulated glazing. Stiffening brick walls (running lengthwise or at an angle in the living room) are constructed with exposed brickwork.
