Offices, laboratories, resin storage, and installation rooms are distributed across 2000 square metres of usable space. The building can be extended to the east. The office grid spacing is 3 metres. The partition walls are flexibly arranged. The load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete. The entire interior is fully air-conditioned. Different installations were required for application-related testing. Vertical load transfer between the laboratory and storage area is facilitated by a lifting platform.
