Dairy Farm in Solid Construction and Timber Construction

For the farm, which was to be established solely as a dairy operation, a separation of the farmhouse and barn was required. The two buildings were positioned to ensure optimal sunlight for both the house and the barn, as well as convenient access from the main road. The entire complex was placed in such a way as to create a cohesive village ensemble. The limitation to only three exterior materials (wood, red exposed brickwork, and black corrugated fibre cement) resulted in a clean, unified architectural appearance.
