House in Holzkonstruktion
The building, which has no basement, was constructed entirely of wood on a slope with an approximately 18% gradient. The ground floor contains the living areas, the upper floor the bedrooms and playrooms, and two side wings house utility rooms and a garage. The roof, which slopes at an angle of 75° to the south and 15° to the north, extends far down the slope, primarily to protect against northeast winds. The south-facing facade of the ground floor is recessed and glazed on three sides.
