Construction: Masonry with local fieldstones. Reinforced concrete ceilings. Features: Floors partly slate, partly terracotta tiles, exposed concrete ceilings, wooden walls painted red or graphite grey, fireplace with yellow bricks, doors and frames painted white, windows and shutters painted green.
