Both housing developments are built according to the same analogous principle, but with variations in design. The aim was to achieve the highest possible degree of differentiation in the building placement within this framework, as well as a strong emphasis on the chosen building structures through material contrasts and colour contrasts. The apartments themselves meet government standards for publicly subsidized housing in the mid-range price category.
