House in Stahlskelett-Bauweise
The lower level comprises the living room with dining area, kitchen, and maid's room, while the bedrooms and children's rooms are located upstairs. One long facade of each level is entirely made of glass. The steel frame is built on a 2.50 m module and consists of UNP-26 edge beams and DIN-16 columns, which are rigidly welded to the edge beams. Ceilings and side walls are constructed of cast-in-place reinforced concrete.
