Country House in Stahlkonstruktion

The client requested a house offering unobstructed views. A steel frame was chosen, with the roof resting on 16 I-beams. Only the western gable wall, constructed of brick, is also load-bearing. Four smaller brick sections are integrated into the remaining exterior walls, which are predominantly glass. The longitudinal exterior walls are set back from the ground to provide protection from the elements and sun.
