Staircases in Administrative Buildings
2. Staircase in Rødavre Town Hall/Copenhagen. Architect: Arne Jacobsen, Copenhagen. The entire staircase structure is made of steel. The treads are clamped between two stringers welded from steel sheets, with stainless steel treads and integrated tread protection. The stair railing is also a steel structure with integrated tempered glass balustrade panels (see six images showing the construction).
