Industrial Building in Cast-in-place Concrete with Precast Concrete Elements
General: Components 1, 1a, and 2 have a coherent, continuous operational sequence. During operational planning, it was determined that production, quality control, and packaging had to take place on a common level, which was set at 1.0 m (ramp height) above the completely flat building site. Since large, column-free areas were required on the production level, the necessary truss height between the trusses resulted in a top floor that accommodates all the air conditioning units and their ductwork.
