Housing in Mischbauweise
The house is constructed of masonry and reinforced concrete ceilings. The exterior walls are clad with Dutch leather-coloured facing bricks. Colours: brick surfaces leather-coloured, wood surfaces white, concrete lintel white, zinc gutters grey unpainted, teak wood brown. The entrance platform is covered with a suspended safety glass panel.
