Family Housing Estate
On a steep southwest-facing slope on the southern outskirts of Vienna, offering beautiful panoramic views, 43 single-storey and 18 two-storey terraced houses are arranged individually, in groups, and in rows, ensuring that each house enjoys an unobstructed view. Access is provided on the north and east sides, where parking spaces are available for all houses, which can be reached from these driveways and parking areas via footpaths and stairs. Due to cost constraints, retaining walls were only feasible in a few places; otherwise, embankments had to be used (see Figure 10).
